Enter the password as your file name when starting a New Game.

Please Note: None of these items are obtainable in game (other then file password and a Game Trainer from Cheat Happens) and do not count towards the Item List “Collector” Achievement. Unless a DLC changes this with a new mob that has these added to their loot table this is the only way to gain these items.
