Guide to Remove Flags, Unit Selection Markers and Status Signs

For those who want to get rid of the above, go to the “Preferences Data” file in:

Users/[Username]/AppData//Local/Feral Interactive/Total war ROME REMASTERED

Open and change the lines (using Notepad) to:

<value name=”BattleSelectionMarkersLocked” type=”integer”>0</value>
<value name=”BattleUnitBanners” type=”integer”>0</value>
<value name=”BattleUnitBannersLocked” type=”integer”>0</value>
<value name=”BattleUnitDisplayStatus” type=”integer”>0</value>
<value name=”BattleUnitDisplayStatusLocked” type=”integer”>0</value>

Note: The above is for anyone who wants them gone permanently. If you don’t then you could just turn them off by de-selecting them in the menu on the right side of the screen when you hold down the spacebar.
