In Uncharted 4: The Thief’s End there are many different collectibles. One of them is Journal Entries. They are observable. But unfortunately not all of them are collectibles. If the Journal Entry is made by Nathan Drake as the part of narrative it will not be counted as a collectible.
The Journal Entry is a part of the main campaign. You must be very attentive and check the monuments nearby. The number of Journal Entries in the main chapters of this game is 25. When you gather all of them you will be given the “Lost Art of Journaling” Trophy as reward. If you want to check the number of the Journal Entries you’ve already found you need to open the page of Statistics in pause menu.
