Things to Know Before Playing
- Sometimes your dog is adamant that he’s found something and there’s nothing. This is normal, you’re not crazy.
- If you’re having problems with the first boss, level up your spear.
- There are lots of hidden areas and rooms. Make sure to hug walls.
- Some pits you can walk over. The ‘Revealer’ spell will point these out, but it’s not necessary.
- Not all spells are created equal. There’s quite a few that aren’t all that great.
- ‘Crush’ is a good spell for most of the game.
- There’s a hidden spell called ‘Sting’ that is found in the desert.
- While in the desert, allow yourself to get dragged down for some extra trade items.
- Use a guide for the Bazaar. It’s pretty notorious for being a pain in the ass and there’s quite a few good/useless items from there.
