Football Manager 2018 introduced the new dynamics function to better keep track of player happines, atmosphere and managerial support. Here we are going to take a closer look at all that.

In previous versions of Football Manager the game let you know if a player had reacted well to something you said or maybe had a slight concern about how you had been treating one of his team mates by a small symbol next to the players name. If you clicked that symbol you got to the player pages where sometimes you got some more information about what had made him react the way he did.
In Football Manager 2018 this have been completely reworked introducing the new dynamics screen that with ease lets you see all that stuff and much more. The video bellow will give you an introduction to the new dynamics function and also try to explain what you can find there and how things work.
