If you prefer watching over reading, or simply find watching easier in this case here is a video:

Sledgehammer’s Sledgehammer

On the central building (the building Major Howard is in) you can find a sledgehammer on the roof, this is a reference to the games developer Sledgehammer Games.

Unfortunately I forgot to take a better picture of the sledgehammer while on the roof.

Here is a video showing the easter egg (and how to get to it).

Kilroy Was Here

A “Kilroy was here” drawing can be found on top of the central building, “Kilroy was here” was a symbol soldiers used to draw all around the world during world war 2 as a symbol of courage.

Gridlock Ball Search (Challenge)

The Gridlock Ball Search Challenge is the hardest easter egg to achieve in the headquarters. To complete the challenge you have to find all 3 of the hidden balls scattered across the headquarters.

The first ball can be located on the platform directly at spawn, in order to get up to it you have to jump onto the pole and from there take a jump onto the platform where the ball is located.

The second ball can be found on top of the central building (where the Kilroy painting is). In order to get up there you first must go to the theater, and from there jump on top of some concrete, and then platform your way on top of the barrier, and from there you’ll have to make a jump onto the central buildings roof. (I highly suggest watching the video below for this one).

The third ball can be found inside of the “scorestreak” tower at the beach, in order to get on top of it you will have to platform your way up there by jumping from one wooden ledge to another.

I highly suggest you watch this video, it will be way easier to follow the instructions in order to complete the easter egg.
