Instructions to get “Reset”, the bad ending achievement.

To get the bad end, you have to make it so Misato and Tomoki are already “gone.”
Eventually, you can choose to go to the first-year classroom, to which you can choose “Approach her” or “Call out.”
Click approach her, and it will reset back to the choice of where you can go. Repeatedly choose “Approach her” and “First-Year Classroom” (I think it’s about ten times?) and the achievement will pop with this image:
