You will get saplings when you cut off the tree,but how to plant them?

First you will need some tools namely Shovel:

There are five kinds of shovels but only these four can be used to plant a sapling. Usually when you use the shovel to a soil block you will break the soil block but when you do the right click you will find you digged a gap on the soil like this:

Now you can plant the saplings on it by right click!

Now you can see how cute they are!
