ATLAS - Vitamins Guide
![]() Just a short little guide for those that don't understand what those colored bars mean or how to keep them roughly equal. Other ATLAS Guides:
Important NotesManaging your food is very important in Atlas, even more so than you're probably used to if you come from ark or various other games. Overindulging in food can make you sick and overcompensating on vitamins and filling them too much can lead to your death just as sure as any other creature can kill you. You want to keep your vitamin intake equal as best as you can without only worrying about one sole type of food. If you fill up your vitamin B and ignore going and getting fish meat, you will eventually begin to lose health and be unable to regain health through normal eating methods. Vitamin AVitamin A - it's the yellow bar to the far left. This bar can be filled by various herbs such as Mint, Parsley, Oregano, etc. It can also be filled by eating eggs. However, do keep in mind that recipes for cooking also use them which may be more beneficial given how easily other sources are obtained at least in the early game before animal farm can be established.
