If you have a pretty good PC and you are experiencing wierd framedrops and micro stuttering ingame and even in the main menu do the following in the gif below. Game seems to have problems with CPUs with loads of cores, by disabling a single core it will work as it should. Dont ask why, it just works for some reason.
