Why Do Pops Starve and How Do You Fix It?
Sometimes Imperator Rome will give you a pop up saying that you have starving pops:
“the following cities are currently starving”.
A starving population can give you a lot of problems and is defiantly not something you want to have in your nation. This guide will explain what starving pops are, why you get them and then show you a few different ways you can fix this and even go from having a starving city to a growing one.
