You just go to the cave at Sandcastle, talk Ricky – Trade NPC – Switch seedlings to points. You can also exchange points with Oaks seed.You can exchange points once a day.

This can be done if the SandCastle Map has been occupied by another camp.

And also you can buy seedlings with the NPC of the stronghold battles (seedlings are only available for Fall Forest, Sandcastle, Snowhighlands and Mouthswamp stronghold battles).
