Step 0 – Ingredients & Preparation
Ingredients:
- 210g Salmon Fillet – essentially 1 salmon fillet.
- 100g Egg – essentially 1 egg.
- 96g Asparagus – essentially 6 pieces of asparagus.
- 80g Lemon – essentially 1 lemon, but we’ll be using 1 quarter.
- Salt.
- Black Pepper.
- Olive Oil.
Utensils:
- Pan.
- Basic Plate.
- Chopping Board.
- Knife.
- Spatula.
Step 1 – Salmon & Egg
Ingredients needed for this step:
- Salmon.
- Egg.
- Olive Oil.
- Salt.
- Black Pepper.
Utensils needed for this step:
- Pan
Steps:
- Place salmon & egg into pan.
- Pour 6ml olive oil into pan.
- Pour 1g of salt onto salmon.
- Pour 1g of black pepper onto salmon.
- Let both salmon and egg cook in pan.
- Take out egg when fully cooked.
- Flip salmon when done on one side.
- Let salmon cook on other side.
- Take out salmon when fully cooked on both sides.
- Drain pan of olive oil in preparation for next step.
Step 2 – Asparagus
Ingredients needed for this step:
- Asparagus.
- Olive Oil.
Utensils needed for this step:
- Pan
Steps:
- Place asparagus into pan.
- Pour 6ml olive oil into pan.
- Let asparagus cook in pan.
Step 3 – Finishing Touches & Plating
Ingredients needed for this step:
- Lemon.
- Cooked salmon.
- Cooked asparagus.
- Fried egg.
Utensils needed for this step:
- Chopping Board.
- Knife.
- Basic Plate.
Steps:
- Place lemon onto chopping board.
- Chop lemon into quarters.
- Place cooked salmon, asparagus, fried egg, and lemon quarter onto basic plate.
