Side Quest that begins at the Corpse's Udder tavern.
I'm sure you already know about mystery at the tavern with the strange name 'Corpse's Udder'. And here you'll find all you need to solve it.
By the way - you won't get special achievement for this one. But you can receive nice bonuses if you solve it on Thorn's path to Opacum.
At the ruined tavern of course! Just follow old Gebonian road, while you're going to the Arch Menhir. Here it is:
You may ask Fisk about this tavern, but it's not really necessary. First - go and search the nearest shrubs. You'll find armed crossbow trap there - disarm it. Second - go to the sign, here you'll find the first piece of the puzzle - short word 'Parm'. Turn over sign and you'll find another word 'hoxmarch'. You can leave now - there is nothing interesting anymore. Our next step - on the road to Ursus.
Woodland Watch and Sinvicta brothers
Right after Arch Menhir follow the Mushroom track to the Woodland Watch:
You'll find Mark Sinvicta there. Ask him few questions and eventually he'll talk about 'the deed'. Ask him about it. He won't give it to you - offer him money and he'll happily part with this 'deed' and will give you extra scroll with it. Do not return it - keep it and read it. Here you'll find two more words 'ialpor' and 'harg'.
Drunken Hawk in the Highland settlement
After you leave Ursus, follow the Southern Road straight to the Highland settlement.
Go to the Drunken Hawk tavern. On tavern's sign you'll find two more words 'noco restel'.
Important! Here you must search tavern in this order exactly or Thorn will be wounded by a wooden block and will lose his health.
- Check up the pantry first. Here you'll find two more words 'velucorsapa ef'.
- Go to the kitchen next. There will be a scroll - read it and take it with you.
- Then search behind the counter. There is some gold for you.
...Now run! After house is collapsed just leave it this way. There is nothing useful anymore.
Now go to the Eastern stockade.
Meet Nick Sinvicta there. He'll threat to kill you. Do nothing but laugh at it. He'll make you an offer - accept it and guard him instead of paying him gold. When bandits arrive - ask Nick about additional payment. He'll give you extra scroll with two more words 'quasb etharzi'.
After you leave Marsh Watch go straight to Heiborg.
Go to the asylum. You'll find here final part of the puzzle - more words: 'ohorela teloah sobam agdt adrpht'.
At first, go and check the floor above. There will be Chris. Don't talk to him or kill him - just leave. He'll lead you to the secret passage with scroll and map.
Read the scroll, then go and examine other parts of asylum. There are two more scrolls for you. Do not choose to 'search the house from top to bottom' - you'll waste your time.
Leave now, there is nothing useful here.
Much later... after the Water Menhir, go to the Refuge of the Wretched on your map. But before we get there you need to translate those words you gathered. Go to the camp screen. And ask Flitt, Vai or Skoor to translate these words.
- 1 Parm & 2 Hoxmarch - It's too late to run.
- 3 lalpor harg - a flame is burning.
- 4 Noco restel - servants performed their tasks.
- 5 Velucorsapa ef - a new ruler has come.
- 6 Quasb etharzi - a total destruction.
- 7 Ohorela teloah - and death will reign.
- 8 Sobam agdt adrpht - who can overthrow him?
Then just follow Wolf's track to the Refuge of the Wretched. Meet Brandt Sinvicta there - he'll lead you to the ancient temple. You can ask him many questions, but in truth it doesn't matter - our final goal is the prayer of the Triune.
All you need to do now is to decipher ancient inscriptions. Flitt, Vai and Skoor are able to provide you with their translations but you have to choose only one prayer. If you gathered all words then translation will be correct and your entire party will get powerful bonuses. Otherwise translation will fail and you'll receive negative effects if you dare to sing it this way.

Flitt's prayer results:
Curse (-50 team morale) or Bonus (+ team morale (exact number currently unknown).
Vai's prayer results:
Curse (everyone gets +1 injury) or Bonus (entire party fully healed (-3 injures).
Skoor's prayer results:
Curse (+3 to the Reaping power) or Bonus (minus to the Reaping power (exact number currently unknown).
