Banks Don’t Rob Themselves
The Banks Don’t Rob Themselves Red Dead Online mission is only available to players who are dishonorable.
To start the mission, you’ll need to meet up with Samson Finch who is planning to rob a local bank. He is in need of help from a couple of sharpshooters who can handle themselves in stressful situations. The risk is high, but the reward is higher.
This mission is for 2-4 players, and you can initiate matchmaking by going to visit Samson Finch in Saint Denis.
Get in the Stagecoach/Drive to the Bank
To begin the Banks Don’t Rob Themselves mission, you’ll need to get in the Stagecoach. One person will need to drive, while the others will merely be along for the ride.
The bank is on the other side of town and it is a fairly short drive.
Wait for the Bank Manager To Open the Vault
Head inside the bank, where you will be greeted by the Bank Manager.
He will assume you are there to pick up the deposits, and will open the Vault for you and your crew.
Enter the Vault or the Bank Manager’s Office
The Bank Manager will state that only one person is allowed inside the Vault at a time. While one person is occupied with the Manager, the others can sneak into his office and search for the bond, which can be found in the desk.
While the crew is searching the Bank Managers Office, you’ll need to loot the safe in the Vault. The easiest way to do this is to hogtie the Manager with some rope, and then crack the code to the safe.
You can also use explosives to get the safe open, but that will make a lot of noise, and you’ll likely get caught. While getting caught won’t be the end of the world, you’ll end up with a big firefight on your hands.
Regroup at the Stagecoach
Once you and your posse have found everything you need, head back outside to the Stagecoach and make your way to the cemetery.
If you haven’t tipped anyone off yet, eventually you will find yourself in the middle of a cut scene while you’re on the way to the cemetery. The horses will be killed and you’ll find yourself having to make your way to the cemetery on foot.
Get to the Cemetery
You and your group will need to work your way through Saint Denis towards the cemetery. There will be a lot of people trying to kill you, so make sure to keep your eyes open.
As you work your way toward the cemetery, take out enemies along the way. If you’re on point with your aim, it shouldn’t take too long to reach the cemetery.
Hold out Against the Law
Once you have met up with Finch at the cemetery. You and your group will need to fight a wave of officers.
They will come from all directions, so watch your back. There is plenty of stuff to hide behind, so this part shouldn’t be too hard.
Get on the Train and Leave Saint Denis
Following Finch’s instructions, you’ll need to make a run for the train that is headed out of Saint Denis.
Speed is important here, as the train will leave you if you don’t get there in time. There will still be people shooting at you, but you can outrun most of them. If someone gets in your way, just shoot them.
Hop on the train and you’ll ride out of Saint Denis and will have completed the Banks Don’t Rob Themselves Red Dead Online mission.
