I prefer to read a guide then watch it on youtube and have it spoilt, so im righting this up to help those who need it with the souvenirs.
Level 1: Friendly Skies

- Guns Away: throw the gun out the plane.
- Smoking Break: smoke a cigar.
- Drunk Driving: pour some champagne.
- Make It Rain: shoot money from the cannon.
- Bomb Parts: disassemble the bomb.
Level 2: Squeaky Clean
- Doctor Freeze: put a chemical mixture in the freezer.
- Laser Mister: use the spray bottle to reveal the laser grid.
- Undercover: clean the window.
- Plane To See: using the clipboard near the bunsen burner make a paper airplane (click while holding).
- Your Toast: toast your sandwich.
Level 3: Deep Dive
- Strong Stomach: eat the moudly sandwich.
- Twist Pin: secure a grenade with a screw.
- Fire Away: dispose of the fire extinguisher.
- Emergency: use the flare to break glass.
- No Leaks: quickly fill every leak during the ascent (including those on pipes).
Level 4: Winter Break
- Burning Crystal: set a purple crystal on fire.
- Dapper Bear: put the hat on the bear.
- Flying Saucer: when the helicopter arrives make the ashtray fly out the skylight.
- Styling Agent: wear the hat.
- Molotov: set any liquor bottle on fire.
