Getting the Goods

Most of goods can be obtained as drops from monsters, but all of them can be bought instead with much less effort. Here is a list of every shop important for completing your recipe log.

Please note before starting that making food then selling it for profit is a bad idea, you can just put all your money in the bank then take a nap with the game open. You’ll wake up with hundreds of berries in your bank.

Madame Butterfly’s Shop

• Location: Ant Kingdom City (commercial area)
• Items: Crunchy Leaf – 3 berries, Honey Drop – 4 berries, Aphid Egg – 2 berries, Danger Shroom – 3 berries, Mushroom – 3 berries

Bugaria Outskirts Caravan

• Location: Bugaria Outskirts (near the Explorer’s Association)
• Items: Spicy Berry – 12 berries, Burly Berry – 12 berries, Magic Seed – 18 berries

Golden Emporium

• Location: Golden Settlement
• Items: Hard Seed – 3 berries, Clear Water – 3 berries, Honey Drop – 4 berries, Aphid Dew – 5 berries, Aphid Egg – 2 berries

Numbnail Merchant

• Location: Golden Settlement (Near the Lost Sands entrance)
• Items: Numbnail Dart – 8 berries

Defiant Root Shop

• Location: Defiant Root (commercial district)
• Items: Crunchy Leaf – 3 berries, Clear Water – 3 berries, Agaric Shroom – 7 berries, Hustle Berry – 18 berries

Crisbee’s Bakery

• Location: Defiant Root (commercial district)
• Items: Honey Drop – 4 berries, Bag of Flour – 4 berries

Magic Ice Merchant

• Location: Defiant Root (commercial district)
• Items: Magic Ice – 10 berries

Poison Emporium

• Location: Defiant Root (commercial district, hidden behind some crates to the right of the screen)
• Items: Danger Spud – 3 berries, Danger Shroom – 3 berries, Poison Dart – 8 berries

Lost Sands Caravan

• Location: Lost Sands (one screen below the Defiant Root tunnel entrance)
• Items: Magic Seed – 18 berries, Burly Berry – 12 berries, Succulent Berry – 10 berries

Honey Factory Gift Shop

• Location: Honey Factory
• Items: Glazed Honey – 9 berries, Shock Berry – 11 berries

T-Mart

• Location: Termite Capitol
• Items: Squash – 9 berries

Skirby’s Shop

• Location: Metal Island
• Items: Tangy Berry – 40 berries

Dark Cherry Merchant

• Location: Doppel’s bar (Examine the bottle cap behind Madame Butterfly’s shop, must complete the “Requesting Assistance” quest to get entry, appears after chapter 4)
• Items: Dark Cherry – 50 berries

There are also a few cooked items that can also be used as ingredients, here they are with their recipes and use as well:

• Ice Cream (Magic Ice + Aphid Dew), used to make Honey Ice Cream if you want to waste money.
• Plain Tea (Crunchy Leaf + Clear water), used to make Spicy Tea and Burly Tea.
• Spicy Bomb (Hard Seed + Spicy Berry), used to make various bomb items.
• Abomihoney (Honey Drop + Honey Drop), used to make the Abombination (may require completing the “I want to get better!” quest).
• Glazed Honey (Honey Drop), used to make a Crisbee Donut.
• Tangy Carapaccio (Tangy Berry), used to make Queen’s Dinner (Must complete the “My Specialty” quest).
• Crisbee Donut (Glazed Honey + Bag of Flour), used to make Queen’s Dinner (Must complete the “I Wanna Get Better!” quest).
