If you need to access to the secret location you should beat Oceiros, the Consumed King (the boss). His number is 13th of 18 that is why he will be quite late in this game. You have to open the door in that room where you were beating the boss. Here you should go to pick up the Old Dragon gesture because it’s necessary for your next step.
After it you must go to the Irithyll Dungeon. Move through this territory to get the lookout with the statue of dragon (here there is an elevator). To trigger the cutscene you should use the Old Dragon gesture in this place. After this you will find yourself on the Archdragon Peak. Now you must go up this hill to unlock some achievements or the trophies.
