How to Get the Damage Spike Achievement
Buy the upgrade for the spike in Wellspring.
Travel to the combat shrine in “Inkwater Marsh”.
In the 3rd phase a lot of flying enemies are spawning. Wait till all enemies had spawned and try to group them a bit.
Attack them with your upgraded spike and the achievement should be yours!
