An easy step-by-step guide on one way to get this shell really quickly and really easily. There are some requirements and I’m sure there are other ways to do it, but this is what I came up with after reading the quest text and it worked, so I figured I’d share it with my fellow Titans.
Guide to Getting the Guardian Games Exotic Titan Shell

What You’ll Need
- The Whisper (Heroic) Mission.
- A Striker Titan (I used Code of the Missile).
- An Insurmountable Skullfort.

What You’ll Do
- Enter The Whisper (Heroic).
- Traverse through the platforming as normal until you enter the giant hall with grey walls lined with green grass.
- Drop down through the crevice in the floor, making sure not to drop all the way down into the actual death chasm. The death chasm is not your friend.
- Move to a far corner of the room, and run around in moderately large circles to round up all the Shadow Thralls. Once you have a decent group, use your melee ability. See excellent illustration below for a diagram.
That’s it. If you accidentally waste your melee ability so you don’t get the refresh off of Skullfort, use your super on the next wave of Shadow Thralls to get it back. Repeat as needed. I reached 80% in my first run of 20 minutes, finishing it off on my next run. This works as every charged melee ability kill you get drops a Laurel, meaning you can farm them stupidly fast in here.
Or just run the ascendant challenge in Dreaming City Right now is a super nice way. Its the orbs then gives you the fountain of super/melee/grenade energy until you accidentally kill all three knights.
Just run blind well. The blind well harmony buff allows you to recharge your super really fast. Then just use a long duration super to cheese everything and then use the rest of you abilities. There are always tons of laurels in there
Bottom striker with skullfort is divine, no sprinting needed nothing, just mash C and reload your weapons and all the good stuff.
bottom tree striker doesn’t even need an exotic, or it’s melee ability to be charged. as long as you have knockout on, any melee kill will drop a laurel. i imagine wormgod caress would make this much easier, but that’s disabled.
in my experience synthoceps with bottom tree striker is also a really good option, but this was an amazing guide.

also if you’re a hunter i would heavily recommend liars handshake to go with top tree arc, because im pretty sure cross counter drops a laurel
And you can easily accomplish this at Suro Chi encounter in the Last Wish raid. Top tree arc hunter with Radeon Flux chest piece keeps super running longer. Just need to enter the wish to get to the encounter – easier to get to than the Whisper quest area mentioned above if you don’t like intense jumping. Once you have the wish entered, you can keep going back all week to complete bounties and access the free chest on the bridge that you cross between Kalli and Suro Chi encounters.
Another thing to add is that this place is also perfect for weapons catalyst, even for special and heavy weapons, if you have the armor energy to add the reserve, scavenger and finder mods.
another suggestion: encounter two in the last wish raid, which can be gotten to by starting up the raid and heading to the wish wall and inputting the correct wish, is god tier for farming laurels, bounties, and weapon catalysts. you don’t need to have anybody with you. just run to the door, kill the 80 or so enemies that spawn throughout the first phase of the encounter, then stand on the plates next to the boss, die, and repeat. got the bounty triumph for guardian games up to 100% from 20% in about 2 hours, and that was with me farming out weapon catalysts and running back and forth to the tower every 5 bounties. make sure you have raid banners though. lots of raid banners
