Stardew Valley – Profitable Crops

In this guide Iwill show you the most profitable crops for each season.

Spring Crops

  • Strawberries – When harvested,each Strawberry plant gives 1 Strawberry every 4 days, with a small random chance for more Strawberries. Obtained during the Egg Festival (Spring 13th). Sells for 120g.
  • Green Beans – The Green Bean is a vegetable crop that grows after 10 days and keeps producing beans every 3 days. Sells for 40g.
  • Rhubarb – Rhubarb is a fruit crop that grows after 13 days. Rhubarb seeds can be purchased only from the Oasis, or occasionally from the Traveling Cart. Sells for 220g.
  • Cauliflower – Cauliflower is a vegetable crop that grows after 12 days. Sells for 175.
  • Potato – The Potato is a vegetable crop that grows after 6 days.When harvested, each Potato plant gives 1 potato, with a random chance to produce extra potatoes, partially based on Daily Luck. Sells for 80g.

Summer Crops

  • Blueberry – The Blueberry is a fruit crop that grows after 13 days and keeps producing blueberries every 4 days.Each harvest yields 3 blueberries, with a small random chance for more blueberries. Sells for 50g.
  • Starfruit – Starfruit is a fruit crop that grows after 13 days. Sells for 750g.
  • Hops – Hops is a vegetable crop that grows after 11 days and keeps producing hops every day. Sells for 25g.
  • Hot Pepper – The Hot Pepper is a fruit crop that grows after 5 days.When harvested, each Hot Pepper plant gives 1 Hot Pepper every 3 days, with a small random chance for more Hot Peppers. Sells for 40g.
  • Melon – The Melon is a fruit crop that grows after 12 days. Sells for 250g.
  • Red Cabbage – Red Cabbage is a vegetable crop that grows after 9 days.The seeds are available starting in Year 2. Sells for 260g.

Fall Crops

  • Sweet Gem Berry – The Sweet Gem Berry is a crop that grows after 24 days. It is not considered a Fruit or Vegetable. Can be purchased from the Traveling Cart for 1,000g in Spring & Summer,or for 600-1,000g in any season. Sells for 3000g.
  • Cranberry – Cranberries are a fruit crop that grows after 7 days. When harvested, each Cranberry plant gives 2 Cranberries every 5 days, with a small random chance for more Cranberries. Sells for 75g.
  • Grape – The Grape is a fruit crop that grows after 10 days and keeps producing every 3 days. They can also be foraged in Pelican Town,in the Summer,or grown from Summer Seeds. Sells for 80g.
  • Pumpkin – The Pumpkin is a vegetable crop that grows after 13 days. Sells for 320g.
  • Artichoke – The Artichoke is a vegetable crop that grows after 8 days. The seeds are available starting in Year 2. Sells for 160g.

Multi-Seasonal cCrops

  • Ancient Fruit – The Ancient Fruit is a fruit crop that grows after 28 days and continues producing every 7 days. Sells for 550g.
  • Corn – Corn is a vegetable crop that grows after 14 days and continues producing every 4 days. Sells for 50g.
  • Wheat – Wheat is a vegetable crop that grows after 4 days. Wheat has a 40% chance to also drop hay when harvested. Sells for 25g.

  1. I really think kale is an under appreciated crop to grow in spring. coz i straight up bought the whole vault in community center with just cashing them in at Pierrie’s

  2. You can also go to the Stardew Valley Wiki and look up the exact profit margin taking into consideration seed cost and growth time. Just saying.

  4. coffee isnt profitable on its own but the amount of them produced is where the real cash is at i stocked 2000+ beans normal and stars and i made 60 grand and this was about 30 spots from the start of spring to the end of summer saved the beans and it was easy to stockpile made a fair bit

  5. i have a setup with ancient fruit that makes it so i get 267960g per WEEK, plus i have a set of 116 ancient fruit wine (all of this is wine with artisan profession)in casks making me 535920g per two months. so excluding all other sources of income i get 5359200g per year

  6. i always buy starfruit cactus ancient seeds and the big once profitable like caulioflower melon pumpkin. i turn them into wine then sell it if i really need the money right now
