It’s the 3rd covenant you will be able to join. It is not very difficult to find it. Firstly you have to go through the dark house and keep moving straight ahead. You will see a few buildings on your way at the foot of the hill. Inside one of them you can find the hole in a floor, jump down into it. Here you will see the covenant on the table. Pick it up.
