How-To
Way after you reached the Eiffel tower, you will pass through a door which is by its fourth leg.
From the first map of the yellow road, you will find transparent umbrellas. The very first is on top the tower of the map named AirStreamerTower,
Use right mouse button to equip use any airblowers to travel on a steam.
The achievement itself is about to fly 1000m with the umbrella like Mary Poppins.
On the third map of the yellow road you will get umbrellas from trashcans.
