If your redistributables are being installed over and over, and the game is not running because of that, you are probably using an unlicensed Windows and so don’t have all your updates installed.
Blurry Textures
That happens when your system does not match the minimum requirements that is listed on the store page. Remember you have to use a graphics card with at least 4 GB of VRAM.
