Astral Ascent – Crash Fix Guide (Nvidia)

Some crashes you could have with Astral Ascent can be related the application not being used by your GPU.

Guide to Fix Crash

Here’s a fix if you have an NVIDIA graphic card:

Search for the NVIDIA control panel in your computer.
Open the app and click on the program settings tab.
From there, click on Add and search for either your Astral Ascent application OR click on NWJs in the recently used application.
Once it’s added, select the preferred graphic processor for this program and set it to “High performance NVIDIA processor”.
After it’s selected, click on the apply button on the bottom right and your problem should be fixed.
