For Non Sharpshooter Infnatry

1. Remove Bayonets.
2. Put in 3 Ranks.
3. Fire By Command.

For Sharpshooters

• Remove Bayonets.

Equally you can debuff your units by firing at will (Non Sharpshooters ony) and putting them in 1 rank (also non sharpshooters). 2 Rank is the base value.

Sharpshooters always shoot the most accurate, no matter what, just tell them to remove bayonets.
