It’s locked at 60FPS, and yeah vsync is off.

How to Unlock 60FPS

How-To

  • The fix is to go to this:
    • C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\BumSim\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
  • Open GameUserSettings.ini
  • Then change this
FrameRateLimit=0.000000

I have 144HZ monitor so i change it to this

FrameRateLimit=144
  • Save and exit.
