The woman (wife) is far west on the map, south of basil village.
The man (husband) is swimming on water, really close the first city. As soon you unlock the first outside teleport stone, all east from this stone and some steps south, theres a river, and also a tiny place to jump down in that river, and following that river all the way, youl simply cannot miss the amphibian husband.
