How to Beat Sky Armour

You can max out proficiencies on all your sky armors for the permanent stat boosts. This is easy to do in the Rohlan fields, specifically at the southwest map crystal there’s 5 pigears you can farm over and over, resetting their spawn by just warping to the crystal again.

Tactics wise, you can lower his damage and defense. Lower MND also means smaller heals. Can also stock up on items. If you haven’t gotten the 600 series of mechs and items, you could go grab the Golden Voucher and go buy them. Likewise, you can raise your own defense with offensive drones.

Besides his 1 instant kill attack, which you just have to either blind him or swallow it and take it, reviving the dead guy afterwards, he warns you for his big attack. Just defend against it, preferably in gear 0 but any gear works for it, really. Maybe Inact works too; I never tried it.

Have multiple healers. Like for example, I use a 2 support drone setup. Plus one of them has a sword and shield for single target healing. Try to damage him as much as possible when he’s in offensive mode to get him to ho into defense mode to avoid the instant kill attack.
