Overworld Ice Storm Build Guide (PVE)

Rending Bite – Sprint/WW/Cleave/WoTB

Oustlak
Hell’s Legacy or Ox Horns
Gatherer or Indignant Survivor
Snowfleet
Rending Bite and Fallow
Sundered Legacy and Falling Thunder or Cleave DMG (forgot essences name).

4pc Grace or Banq, 4pc Urges
4pc Grace, 2pc Urges, 2pc Banq
Vanquisher

Having DOT gems like Roiling Consequence, Seeping Bile, Viper’s Bite, Everlasting Torment, Mother’s Lament, will help proc 4pc Grace/Banq more. Void Spark is amazing too, for spreading the DOTs out further.

Note: Simple farm build. Pop Sprint, Cleaves, Wrath, then WW through everything. Hell’s Legacy/Gatherer or Ox Horn/Indignant Survivor will DOT the enemies so if you don’t kill them while running by, they’ll die from the DOTs.

Could use shackled fate over WW, if you wanted to.
