If you experience a “Fatal Error” on startup please follow these steps:

1. Right click on “Dungeons of Sundaria” application in your Library.
2. Select “Properties”.
3. Under “Launch Options” in the General category type “-windowed”.
4. Close and Launch the game.

If it still doesn’t launch, repeat the steps but instead of “-windowed” use “-d3d12” in the Launch Options field.
