I will tell you how to gain probably like 25 frames in this game.

Refer to the screenshot below, fog quality appears to be the most demanding setting in the advanced options. From high to low should gain about 25 frames which seemed consistent from 3 computers.

It is also worth mentioning if you are capable of running DLSS that putting it on quality will dramatically increase your frame rate. Balanced or performance is good too but is where visual quality becomes much effected.

Playing game at Mostly high settings and was getting around 40 frames. With every setting cranked to the max, fog quality on medium or low, and DLSS quality on I consistently achieve a frame rate of 70.
