How-To
During your run an item called an anvil has a chance of showing up for purchase in between rounds.
Use it to tier a single weapon or armor. You can also use post-match currency to upgrade the tier of your characters starting weapon.
Where to Find
The Statue top left corner of tower entrance has meta upgrades including increased starting weapon tier.
Note: Other wise you need to buy items that are higher tier or buy anvils in shop.
