Tips for the One Kingdom Start

You need to start with a bit more isolated country (Cyprus for example).

You need to made trade agreements with everyone you would and got your economy going.

Use diplomats to make the bigger kingdoms around friendly.

You need constantly look at the threats to your kingdom and send diplomats to all the countries that show up as threats.

Only conquered provinces that belonged to kingdoms made of only 1 province, and send diplomats to neighbouring kingdoms of the province in order to appease them.

And that’s it basically.

Also never rush things. Once you conquer something, you need to concentrate on neighbours and economy and so on, only after everything is fine, do you look for the next province. So just take your time.
