There is a known bug where LUISOAC won’t go past the first logo screen if you run it on Windows 10 64-bit.
How to Fix
Going to NVIDIA control panel>manage 3D settings>program settings> find endoparasitic program and change ‘anti aliasing mode‘ to ‘application-controlled‘ worked for me.
Note: Instead of “endoparasitic program” you should find “luisoac”.
After following these steps, you should be able to play “Looking Up I See Only A Ceiling” without the black overlay!
