It’s funny, I let the game try the automated detection settings, which almost never works after messing around and having some issues. It put everything on Epic and highest with everything else on, but turned Antialiasing off totally, which I thought would make things look bad.
Things run super smooth now and look great. But I also did make it so that launcher doesn’t load anymore.
This fixed it for me, I’m running DLSS on Quality and no raytracing.
RTX 3070 / Intel 9700k / 1440 x 2560
Getting around 100 FPS average and no more slideshow during combat scenes
disabling the bullshit launcher does wonders for performance.
For the game is already on “normal” priority, and it still keep crashing in the tutorial.

Hmmm, no issues here, RTX off, DLSS off, everything else maxed, motion blur off. smooth 60fps at all times. Also turning on Ultra Low Latency and Fast Sync in the NVControl Panel does wonders.

Stuttering is mainly caused by shader compilation in this game. Once you see a new effect once it won’t stutter again when that effect comes up. Do a battle, restart the battle, and you’ll see what I mean. Can’t fix it via settings sadly. Other stutters can prob be fixed, but not those.
I thought that too, however after doing what I mentioned, I never experienced a single stutter when seeing a new animation/attack or anything else for that matter, so actually yes, that can be fixed.
o[Where do I find this in my Options menu?
