Make sure that this achievement will pop at the end of the game! Here’s every place that you can hide from Paige in the game. If you do all of them you’ll guarantee that the achievement will pop!

First Floor

Paige will only spawn if you idle in the halls and entrance area for a while. I suggest if you are trying for the achievement to stand in the halls and read some of the task list/Nancy’s Journal. When you are hiding from Paige your cursor will change into this icon:

The first floor has the most places to hide from Paige.

First Floor

When Paige calls out you have a chance to click the chair with the blue blanket on it by the door. This will make Nancy hide behind it. Stay hidden until Paige leaves.

Behind you is the piano. If you hide behind the curtains you will have a rare vantage point of the main hall.

Bewilderingly, you can hide behind the bench next to the history classroom. I don’t know how Paige misses you, but it works.

Second Floor

Directly outside your room is a bench/sideboard. You can hide behind it. Paige must be totally blind!

Near Rachel’s room is the lounge on the landing. It has blue chairs. Hide here!

If you hate blue chairs you can hide behind the tan ones instead!

If you hide in all these places over the course of the game you’ll trigger the most finicky achievement of the game.

Since the pop-up won’t occur until the credits roll, I usually activate this mechanic every time I have to sneak around at night. This just covers all my bases.
