This guide will show you the easy way to level up all characters and get the achievement “No Favorites”. This includes two bonus characters you will unlock in the NG+

Since someone might be wondering about a fast way to level up your goddesses since I, too was having trouble trying to max all my characters before finishing the game a second time. You will also achievement for this guide too.
Equipping Disc
You should already have Ms. Manual since she’s probably the only one you able to get the disc with experience from and with Support Items you can choose whatever item you want.
Neptral Tower
The quickest way that I found is that going to Neptral Tower is going to make everything easy and quick with leveling up. Neptral Tower has a lot of high-level monsters. Recommend keeping the disc with the experience.
Neptral Tower will be unlocked in chapter 12 after you defeat Arfoire in the Floating Island.
Unlike Hyperdimension Neptunia U: Action Unleashed which has 50 floors, this game has over 100 floors and you will not be able to save until you reach every 10th floor.
Tip: You will also be given an achievement “N-Beatable” but before you get that. You should be familiar with a boss if you played Megadimension Vii, but I’m not going to say who I’ll let you solve that on your own.
