You need an Ordering Terminal, and a grabber conveyer for the dirty plates as well.
You might have a better chance at getting an Ordering Terminal, and conveyers if you have a Blueprint Desk.
Blueprint Desk cycles through items during your work day, and you can interact with it to stop it on a blueprint, and guarantee that item shows up once the day has been completed.
A Copying Desk also helps you getting multiple conveyers. Better with more cabinets.
