Predecessor – Tips on Going Against Shinbi Offlane

How to Deal with Shinbi Offlane

With Sev most of the time you can just ignore Shinbi and just scale up your passive. She doesnt provide enough pressure to force you off your farm and when you do trade, the root and siphon should be enough to deal with her.

Feng you wanna take the short trades and use his passive to your advantage, avoid getting poked by wolves, deter her from wave which forces her to use line tempo for cs and try and all in when her mana is low

Serath is a hard counter to Shinbi, use your q when she uses wolf circle to avoid damage, poke her down with your wings and use your e to avoid her when she engages. She cant do anything when you pop ult and will lose the trade if she decides to stay

Kallari offlane i dont have much experience but land your daggers whenever you can and avoid taking direct trades. You do a good amount of dmg early game. Kallari squishy as hell but if you chip her down enough you could all in and kill her.

Combat tips

Before you get chalice up, try and be more conservative with ability use, if you do want to use hamstring try and use it on a wave and shinbi at the same time. Only use safeguard when trading. This will save mana during the early laning phase.

After few minutes you got a good trade in where you struck her while she was busy with wave. With feng try and get those cheap shots in when you can and try to do them when shinbi is on cooldown especially with her wolf circle.

Recommended build

  • Soul chalice first
  • Malady/mindrazor (usually malady)
  • Mutilator
  • Perforator
  • Painweaver
  • Infernum
  • Finish chalice into resolution
