What Is Dino Deathmatch?
Dino deathmatch was a gamemode popular in the past where both teams were dinos and fought against each other, dilos could blind and pteras could pick up, it was chaos, but fun chaos
People today seem to think the gamemode is broken, im about to show you that this is not the case.
How to Activate Dino Deathmatch
Dino deathmatch isnt a gamemode normally accessable, all you have to do is run this command:
adminChangeMap [map name]?game=primalcarnagegame.PCdinodeathmatchgameWhere [map name] is put the name of the map.
Here are some examples:
- PC-docks
- PC-waterlogged
- PC-contingency
- PC-thefalls
As of writing this guide i am unsure if free roam maps work with this gamemode.
General Things You Need to Know
Dino deathmatch while not completely broken, is a bit buggy. since its not considered an official gamemode by the developers, they are not responsible for any bugs, balance issues or other general clunkyness in dino deathmatch
There are a few known bugs:
- Dilo and cryo can blind any dino by landing a shot on any part of the body.
- Cerato can slap things to the moon via tail-whip.
- Tupa can ram and knockback anything.
- Tyrants bite attack is useless on dinos except for spino.
- Raptor cannot pounce anything.
- Title message is broken.
