Do I have to create an account to play?
You can still play PUBG: NEW STATE as a guest without logging in.
Beware that if the game is deleted or if you change your device before it’s linked to your account, all Guest Account information will be lost. Devs strongly recommend you to create and link your account before playing to avoid losing progress.
Lost guest account
Unfortunately, devs do not protect play records or payment history on Guest Accounts. This information will be lost if the game is deleted or re-installed and devs have no way to restore Guest Account information.
To secure your account information and progress, devs highly recommend that you link your game with supported social media accounts.
I lost my account. What can I do?
If you have lost your linked Google Play or Facebook account information, please contact your respective platform directly. Devs are unable to help you with the recovery of third-party linked accounts.
If your account was a Guest Account, be advised that devs cannot retrieve this information as devs do not save Guest Account information. To avoid this, devs highly recommend that you always play on a registered account. Thank you for your understanding.
I’m blocked from my Facebook/Google account
Since devs do not have access to your social media account information, devs are unable to help unblock these types of accounts.
If you can’t join PUBG: NEW STATE due to restrictions imposed by your social media accounts, please contact your respective platform directly to resolve.
Is it possible to link from devices using different OS?
If you have linked the game to one of your social media accounts, you can play with the same game information regardless the OS of your device.

How many characters can I create?
You can create one character for each social media account that you link to the game.
Remember that Guest Account character information will not be saved when you delete or reinstall the game, so don’t forget to link a social media account to save your game data and progress.
How to link your social media account:
- Create a character using a Guest Account
- Click the menu button on the top right side of the lobby.
- Click the ‘settings (cogwheel image)’ button
- Find the linked platforms menu, and choose the platform icon you wish to link
- Check the social account information and continue
Each social media account can only be linked to one game account.
If the account is already linked to a social media platform, you will not be able to transfer the account’s information to another social media platform.
Can I link the account in another device with a different OS? (Social Media Linkage)
In PUBG: NEW STATE, you can create a character through various methods including Guest, Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.
If you linked your previous device with your social media account and played the game, you can sign-in your existing character by linking your new device to the same social media account it was created on.
Please note that Android and iOS support different OS respectively. Android devices use the “Google Play” platform, and iOS devices use the “Apple” platform.

Can I link the account in another device with a different OS? (Guest)
Note: If you reset or change your device or uninstall the game application, you will lose any Guest Account not linked to a social media account. Please note that each social media account may only be linked to one PUBG: NEW STATE account.

- Connect to PUBG: NEW STATE with the previous device

“Login failed. Please try again.” pop-up message appears
The “Login failed. Please try again.” pop-up appears when you fail to log in with your Google, Facebook, or Apple account.
