A purchase of $1 was made…
To verify your payment method, Google Play and App Store charges you a temporary authorization charge of 1 USD.
This is a temporary charge and will be removed uppon verification.
I didn’t receive my item after making a purchase.
If the purchase was successful, you should be able to find the item in your inventory.
Depending on your network connection (Wi-Fi/data) your purchase could be delayed.
If your purchase is not received, please close PUBG: NEW STATE completely and try again.
Still can’t find your purchase? Please submit a ticket to NEW STATE Support.
Please provide your character name, purchase date and time, price of item and receipt so that devs can provide faster support.
I want to see my purchase history.
You can check your purchase history by:
Google Play
- Login to Google Play
- Go to “Account”
- “Orders”
Samsung Galaxy Store
- Run “Galaxy Store” from your mobile device
- Select “My Apps” on the top right corner of the screen
- You can view from your receipts
App Store
How to see recent purchases on the iPhone or iPad:
- Open the settings app
- Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases (You might be asked to sign in)
- Tap Purchase History
- Your purchase history appears. If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days prior, tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range.
How to see recent purchases on the web:
- Login to iTunes
- Click “Account” -> “View my account”
- Right click and select see all purchase history
What is NC?
NC is an ingame currency that you can use to buy crates and items.
You can purchase NC with your favorite payment method to purchase various items ingame.

You can check an item’s drop rate by touching the magnifying glass icon next to the item.
