[You have been suspended until (Month/Day/Year) due to abnormal gameplay patterns] pop-up appears when PUBG: NEW STATE’s security solution detects abnormal usage patterns or when network connection is unstable.

My Account is Banned

When faced with a pop-up message saying that your account is permanently banned, please file an inquiry with the form below:

How to file an inquiry:

  1. Start PUBG: New State.
  2. Please select Inquiries in the pop-up notification.
  3. Click the speech bubble button on the top right side of the lobby to proceed with an inquiry.

Required Information about the account status:

  1. Banned character’s nickname.
  2. Character ID.
  3. Screenshot of the pop-up messaging saying that your account is permanently banned.
