How to All New Find Characters
Locations
If you play through the story and progress you will find all the characters, but this is if you want it to be a little easier.
Now the locations:
- Tala – Radio Tower (Very top where you find code).
- Johnny – Balboa (In building across the cave that requires machete to get through).
- Elaine – Tangaroa (In the building that shot off from Tangaroa).
- Shogo – Temperance (You’ll find him by progressing through the island).
