- Place your heroes with:
Draw Entities >> Utilities>> Wielder Spawnpoint - Now select your hero marker with another left click.
- Now click on Owning Team and Override.
- Now select the player.

- Edit >> Map Settings >> Limitations
Here you can define the players more precisely.
You have also assigned the settlements to the respective players.
- Left-click on the settlement, Owning Team, Override.
- Now select the player.
