Soul Knight – Farming Weapon Pickups Guide

How to Farm Weapon Pickups

Number of pickups needed for each weapon rarity, from white to red ascending: 2/3/4/6/6/8.

  • In general, Origin mode is the best place to farm most weapon pickups. Keep in mind that you still have to pick them up, so if they teleported to your warehouse without you picking them up beforehand, you’ll need to take them out of the warehouse and pick them up for them to count. Only 1 pickup counts for each individual weapon.
  • If you want to farm weapons from specific categories, use the “Reforge weapons in each level” challenge condition. Craft any weapon of the category the weapon you want to farm is in (or find it in-game), and in each level you’ll have a chance to get what you’re looking for. Remember to drop it and pick it up again to make sure it counts, and keep in mind that rerolling does not refresh the randomiser (you’ll always get the same weapons at the start of each level no matter what).
  • If you want to farm melee weapons specifically, use the “Melees only” challenge condition. This is useful to farm Deep Dark Blade and Golden Crab Warhammer, the rarest boss weapons.
  • Currently, farming weapon pickups in multiplayer does not seem to work.
  • The “Good luck” challenge condition increases your chances of finding higher-rarity weapons.
  • If you want to farm specific boss weapons, Matrix mode is the best choice. You can use the setup described in (fastest and most efficient way to farm gems) to make your way through the mode. Thanks to its infinite rerolls, you can reroll for specific bosses in given biomes until you get the boss weapon you want. However, since Flying Daggers are not suited for bossfights without the “Double bosses” challenge condition, you may take a bossfight-oriented weapon in addition to the daggers to speed up the process. You may stop at around 80-1, after which the process is too tedious to be viable, and repeat until you get all 8 pickups.

I hope you found this useful!
