If you cycle through “Resolution Scaling Method” and choose TAAU at 100%, that’s running the game at native rez. I don’t think there’s a way to disable antialiasing.
You can also set the scaling method to ‘DLSS’ then under NVIDIA DLSS Quality, set it to DLAA. That will also be native resolution.
