Break the game and get out of bounds.
What seems to be the only place to do this is in the Triggers & Platforms Puzzle.
The Condemned Soul on a pillar recommending the third button one jumping up and down and hugging the walls to clip into them. Focus on the corner and keep looking left and right slightly.
While the Lost Soul spams the corresponding button. Once again recommending the third pillar.
If this isn’t seem to be working throw your graphic settings to ultra and repeat the first steps.
