Phase 1: Get a loan after the first year
The first year try to get archeologist.
If you can’t do the minimum to level up and get course point (so get the xp for your student and hire staff).
Phase 2: Get archeologist course + dig site
During that part you get 8 archeologist and purchase the biggest plot of land and put your dig site.
Wait the dig site to reset after 1 year you get 400000 or more.
Enough to repay debt and do whatever you want.
